Aditya Ghuwalewala


Aditya and Ritu founded MavenMagnet with the mission to reinvent market research and extract rich actionable insights from big data. Along with overall management of the company, Aditya leads the client relationship team working with global brands and works with a talented technology team to build the infrastructure which is capable of doing research in all countries and languages in the world. Before founding MavenMagnet, Aditya was a member of software development staff at Microsoft Corporation. Aditya earned his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin where he was honored as a Distinguished Scholar in 2003. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School where he was awarded the 2011 Lang Entrepreneurial Initiative Fund.

Ritu Ghuwalewala


Aditya and Ritu founded MavenMagnet with the mission to reinvent market research and extract rich actionable insights from big data. Ritu heads the research function and manages new business development globally. She also leads a team of passionate research strategists and data scientists to design innovative offerings to help companies around the world. Prior to MavenMagnet, Ritu worked with Johnson & Johnson in various marketing roles across categories ranging from consumer products to medical devices in Asia Pacific. She is an Electronics Engineering graduate, and earned her MBA from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India and Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.

Cleve Langton


Cleve is responsible for building the business development team and partnerships at MavenMagnet. He also plays a leadership role in setting processes to streamline client onboarding and accounts servicing at the company. Cleve has a broad cross section of integrated marketing experience. After receiving his MBA from Columbia University, he joined General Foods. He then moved to the agency side and held global account management roles at DMB&B and has 20+ years of experience with Omnicom agencies. He has served on a number of communications industry boards and committees and is a member of the Advisory Board of City University of New York/Weismann Center of Baruch College.

Neel Chaurasia


Neel leads MavenMagnet business development and client relationship management in South East Asia and Asia-Pacific. He also plays an important role in driving global client partnerships for MavenMagnet. Prior to MavenMagnet, Neel has worked with four multinational agencies on a wide portfolio of brands for over 30 years and has a deep understanding of markets and consumers in Asia Pacific including Australia, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Japan and China. A highly experienced marketing & communications specialist, Neel brings his experience of managing blue chip global brands to MavenMagnet.

Michael Lee


Michael is responsible for developing strategic partnerships globally at MavenMagnet. Michael oversees setting and managing MavenMagnet's client relationship offices in different parts of the world. Prior to MavenMagnet, Michael has spent his career in the international advertising industry. He has held leadership positions in the International Advertising Association. Michael has been a panelist at IAA Conferences in Accra, Beijing, Dubai, Moscow and Tokyo; as well as the Cannes Lions Festival and the World Economic Forum in Davos. He was awarded the IAA's Medal of Merit in 2004, and the Samir Fares Award for career achievement in the IAA and outstanding service in furthering the objectives of the Association in 2006, and the IAA Inspire Award at the associations 75th Anniversary in 2013.

Beth Uyenco


Beth is a key member of the research and client relationship management team at MavenMagnet. Along with managing key accounts, she plays a pivotal role in bringing client focused innovation to MavenMagnet solutions. Prior to joining MavenMagnet, Beth has spent many years in advertising with DDB Needham and OMD before heading up global insights for Microsoft Advertising. Beth is a member of ICOM’s Data Creativity Panel and a mentor for Women in Research. She’s also held leadership positions at the Internet Advertising Bureau, AAAA, and the Media Ratings Council. She was honored as an outstanding alumnus by both Michigan State University and the University of the Philippines and was awarded the Global Leadership Award for Marketing Excellence by the World Brand Congress.

Soumava Sengupta


Shome is responsible for business development and client relationship management in India and Asia-Pacific. Shome has 20+ years of experience in marketing, sales and P&L delivery across different consumer categories. He has worked in Unilever, SCJ, and GSK CH India in senior leadership roles. He brings in deep knowledge and understanding of shopper and consumer behavior, and expertise in developing innovation roadmaps for brands and marketing mixes to address consumer needs across the purchase decision journey, adding strategic value to MavenMagnet solutions. Shome is an Economics Honors graduate and earned his MBA in Marketing from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, India.
