Aditya Ghuwalewala
, Founder: Aditya founded MavenMagnet in 2009. Prior to MavenMagnet, he worked for five years in various software development, digital marketing and client relationship management roles at Microsoft Corporation and spent a summer in Internal Marketing Strategy team at Citigroup working on the digital marketing strategy for Citi Cards. Aditya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with High Honors from the University of Texas at Austin where he was honored as a Distinguished Scholar in 2003. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School where he graduated with Dean’s Honors and was awarded the 2011 Lang Entrepreneurial Initiative Fund. He also authors a blog called Adscovery.
Ritu Ghuwalewala
, Co-Founder: Ritu brings a wealth of experience in marketing to MavenMagnet. Prior to MavenMagnet, Ritu worked with Johnson & Johnson in various marketing roles across product categories ranging from consumer products to medical devices in India and Hong Kong. She also led cross-functional teams for new product launches, planned integrated marketing campaigns and spearheaded new initiatives in the field of digital marketing and customer relationship management. She is an Electronics Engineering graduate, and earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, India and Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.
